David comes running down the stairs, speaking a mile a minute, entirely upset. "Dad!! Lili won't forgive me!!"  He goes on to explain... "I only kicked her 5 times and I said sorry each time! Now she won't even talk to me! I said sorry!" While Matt tried to organize his shocked thoughts, David decides he should show his Dad how little and deserving of forgiveness the kicks were. So he kicks Matt's leg, saying, " I only kicked her like this!" Then, being the honest boy he is, he decided it might have been a bit harder... so he kicks Matt's leg again, "Or, it was like this... or maybe like THIS! By this time, Matt shakes himself out of his shock in time to stop David's demonstration and laughs, "Ow! Well, I'd be mad at you too!!"

I guess the lessons of forgiving others have sunk in... Now it looks like we need a few other refresher courses!!
